Just last week my brother showed me that video and said that Videowest used to pile it quite frequently in those long ago days when music videos were actually broadcast on the teevee. I think Mike Nesmith was one of the earliest to make his own videos.
Nesmith was pretty cool, always my favorite Monkee! He won the first Grammy for Video of the Year (in 1981) for Elephant Parts. Thanks for the comment.
